WIP Super Mario 3 World 4

Hello y'all!
I've started my next project and I'm going to be doing the Super Mario 3 World 4 map! (I must be nuts)
I figure that a lot of you are working on the UBER Pokemon thingy so I'd go nuts with you and do something prolly just as big! 140cm x 47cm

I've just meticulously counted out the stitches in the fabric, marked it out with pins, and now I have to grid it off. I'm horrible at counting so it's gonna be 50 x 50 stitches.

I'll try to update once a week but I'll be going home sometime next week or the week after. When I do that I'll be getting the skeins of thread to do another non-gamer pattern of my cat. At that point this will be put on hold until I finish that one. Then I'll be coming back to this one.

I haven't worked on it in awhile (due to needing to finish some other projects) but that's where it is at the moment, also had to restart it (miscalculation of the fabric I was using and how big the project was) but the colors that the program picked are spot on so far which is great.

Here's my little update..
I managed to very properly count my stitches. All 496 of them. Then I immediately started 3 columns too far to the left. It's not a huge mistake, though. The pattern itself has 3 blank columns on its left. I just decided to ignore them and start my stitching.

It's not much but I'm going through a job change. My current employer is too much of a #@%& for me to want to deal with any longer.

Efrite -- sounds like we're in the same boat. I recently rejected a terrible offer from my former employer just before the New Year (literally two days before xmas). Guess this'll leave us more time to stitch if nothing else! All joking aside though, good luck on the job hunt.
