Growlithe Iphone Case!

I found a couple of iphone cases the other day, that had a grid pattern of holes in them. They weren't labeled as anything crafty, but they were going out for 2 bucks each, so I figuredwhy not pick up a coupleand see how I go!

I decided to attempt a sprite from red/blue version - a Growlithe. Growlithe is special to me, being the first pokemon I ever saw, playing my friends game at the time - the 'here, take a look at this game!' type of thing. It also started my love of pokemon,and arcanine.
It's also the very first pokemon I ever caught, thanks to the Missingno. cheat - master ball all the way.
I like how it's turned out, I tweaked the colours to make them more... growlithey? and less 'brown red and black'. IfI make another pokemon pattern for the other one, I think Nidoran M - that's the firstpokemonI ever caught in my own game, Yellow version. (Pika!)
Including the pattern, and the thumbnail - it's easier to see it imo.

Ooooh, i like it. I feel that same way about charmander. i think i was 13 and we were on our way back from quebec from a skiing trip and my friend had her little brothers pokemon game. I played the whole 10 hour bus ride, and then begged my mom the next day to let me drain my savings account to get a gameboy color and all 3 games.

Back from my trip to nostalgia land!

I've been looking into those cases (not an iphone user myself, but the bf is) and all i could find was a site in korea that sold them. Ill have to keep an eye open for then at the 5 cell phone cover kiosks we have in our mall.

I found these in a Kmart,I think it's like your walmart, or something like that.

Our close walmart is crappy. (they barely stock skylanders) Maybe i could venture down to the other end of the city and check it out. Thanks for the info!
