Boo's Random-y Stitches

Post by BooChocoBoom »

Following on the heels of my thank you message, here is the completed project that inspired me to get started again.

A friend and fellow Whovian had a birthday coming up and I was inspired by several similar designs. All told (patterning, stitching, and framing), it took about 15 hours. Needless to say, she loved it.

The finished stitch prior to framing:

Love this! I love the sonic screwdriver on the bottom. Really adds more to it than just a TARDIS. :D

Yes, it's excellent! Where'd you get the screwdriver pattern?

Thanks, folks! I eye-balled the "perler" pattern on this board: http://www.pinterest.com/onetimeataday/ ... -patterns/

Then realized that I didn't like how skinny the "handle" was so added on to it.

I actually kind of took all the elements from Google searches of one form or another. I changed something in each because I didn't *quite* like them as is.

I will actually post the pattern in the other thread since I am now actually on the correct compy.

I found a pic of a pendant I very much enjoyed making and gave to a friend for Xmas.

She calls her boyfriend "Mr. Bear" and is totally obsessed with facial hair. So I made her a "bearstache" pendant:
