This is excellent! I was looking back through the other pages and I commented on your Link to the Past inventory screen, I'm doing a project on black aida too and it's horribly difficult! Props for getting that one done, but more props for dealing with the grayscale on this one! Can't wait to see it finished!

Yes, black aida is pure evil... However I think I prefer black aida to grayscale... Now imagine: Grayscale in Black Aida

I could never! Haha

But amazing job! I love it! It makes me want to do a Link's Awakening scene, it looks great!

The last couple of days I started and finished my new project, nothing too big (as usual). My first thought was making a simple pattern from Nei (Phantasy Star) in black aida! But then, I went in a backstitch spree... and everything got messy . Anyway, here's the result:

Agreed - but the backstitching really makes it look special. It's fantastic.

Well, I really like backstitch! But I know for a fact that many people hate it. I don't know if they don't like doing it or just the result of it?! I think it helps to define and highlight the design... But I not an expert and sometimes my projects became a little messy with backstitch...
