Welsh Dragon - Help

Would anyone be able to make a very simple cross stitch design of the dragon on the Welsh flag? I need one that's no bigger than 26 by 11 (not filling that entire space, that would be a weird stretch), and another one that can be as big as 11 by 35.

I'm actually planning to embroider it over knitting stitches, so the background's already in place. That's also the reason for the weird sizing.

i thought that was the dragon you were talking about, just needed confirmation.....funny though, i have been meaning to cross stitch this dragon for sometime now. here is an image of a kit i found online one time....you could just look at the pic and see how to make it, if you need a bigger one to your sizes then just say so and i will design it for you
