While that may be true, I do not know how to turn a kg-chart file to a JPEG or PDF file.

it's also polite to say please when asking someone to do something for you. also, asking not telling someone to do something when you would like something in return.

i notice that hardly anyone in the patterns request forum uses the word please,

which is why i don't bother making patterns for people who don't. it's common courtesy.
