My first bead project in 20 years

Post by R51 »

Here's Alex (Kunio) from the original River City Ransom, the first thing I'd done with fuse beads since around the time my age was a single digit. In some ways, the quality is no better than it would have been then. :)

8,224 total beads, 3,664 black, 2,384 peach, 1,184 white, and 992 blue. Nothing really special to say about it besides that I know I screwed up by adding four peach beads where they should have been black, my iron is almost certainly terrible, and I'm not sure I have the patience to try to do the fusing on something this large again. CD case is shown for scale.

it's never too late to start perler beading again :good:
I love the smell of melted perler beads in the morning
