So in case there are other people who enjoy Blackadder. Here's a joint effort pattern from QueenBex and I.

I bet that would look great on black with silver metallics, but would be awful to sew that much metallic thread!

The picture of it on the box set looks like the background is old parchment with reddish brown ink for the design. I'll probably stitch it on tea stained aida when I get to it on my to do pile. If anyone gets to it before me I'd love to see it.
