Thought I should show mine off too, though I didn't do the border and it's only half-stitched because I was trying to finish it before the holidays. My friend, Chrissy, LOVED it, so I have you to thank for that.
On 18 count Aida it ended up being 8-9" long and 3" wide, I believe. Passable as a bookmark, but it should probably be either shrunk or done on 22 count.
And I tried doing the big coin in gold thread, which may not be apparent from the scan.

Wow, nice work liberbel! Love the idea of having the gold thread for the big coin, it looks awesome ^^ You're right, it turned out to be a lot bigger then I hoped for, but the new version is smaller, and works well as a bookmark (I managed to keep it for myself... My brother wants one )
