Zelda's Lullaby

Post by FireflySong »

Oh man. I don't think I've ever been so nervous to post anything in my life, and its my first post on this site too! I'm seriously freaking out over here. But before I chicken out....

So yeah.... I made my first ever pattern on the weekend. The 'S' in the title was evil by the way, as I did all the font by eye alone. Tons of backstitching though but the accomplishment I felt after I finished... it was so totally worth it.

Oh, and here are the patterns for those crazy enough to try....

Maybe now that I'm done with that, I'll actually finish cross-stitching the other Zelda pattern I was working on.

This is really cool. I play violin and would love something like this stitched on my music bag!

LOVE it! Call me crazy, but I actually enjoy backstitching haha.. Must give this one a go. Will decide later if I keep it or gift it.. ;) Thanks for the great pattern!

This is amazing! Thanks so much for sharing. Those 33 French knots may prove to be my undoing.

Don't be nervous! That is an excellent pattern. I've never played a Zelda game so I wouldn't recognize the tune, but I appreciate the artistry of the design.

That's a great idea! I am going to suggest it to my mom because she hates french knots with a passion for some reason.
