Will 3DS and DS Lite talk to each other? I'd love to have some DS friends although I can't really play online much since hubby doesn't want to make the wireless vulnerable enough for the DS to use it. lol

Each 3DS has its own unique identifier which it applies to all 3DS games, as opposed to the DS which uses an individual code for each game. But 3DSes operate just like DSes when playing DS games, including accessing wifi and using cartridge codes.

Aaah, I wasn't sure since mine is so old. LOL! I'll just wait until I get a 3DS (my Lite is slowly dying).
