Sprite Stitch Board!

yay! welcome to the awesomeness Firefly! ^.^ i thought i'd put up my latest WIP i thought i'd start some of the colour on lapras, but i just found myself wanting to get on with the huge amount of sea, lol. hope it's okay ^_^ and by the way, the flash really messes up the colours... i'll try to take one tomorrow when it's sunny without the flash. wont be able to work on it tomorrow, cause i'm babysitting for the day but i'm doing a bit tonight ^.^

@LilMissFirefly: I added your selections to the list and all that. I would suggest looking it over and making sure that I got it right. Also, in your request you didn't list part of their evolutions. Just thought I would bring that to your attention before you got started.

@LilliumRyn: Looking good! I'm dreading the backgrounds. Those will probably take longer for me than the actual characters. lol

I decided to also do Tauros and Magmar. Thought perhaps I should, you know, maybe do a bit more. Anywho, we'll see how this ends up. Oh, and I'll try to make those squares, as I think maybe I can get either Paint or GIMP to work with me, but I may have to call out for help. :-/

Kareesh, would it be possible for you to change mine from Ledgendary birds to Horsea and Seadra? there's no way i can afford to buy all the nessecary colours for the trio >.< also could you put me down for Psyduck and Golduck?

Edit: I figured out how to make these things somewhat easily. Dunno if I can manage more than one character, though. lol

@Lilmissfirefly - You can be creative with your design - if you look at my ditto patch there's 11 dittos on the patch! And you need to get all the evolutions (in Gen 1) on the patch, but you don't have to try to squash the whole sprite on the patch. 70x70 doesn't always fit a whole Pokemon let alone a whole evolution chain.

Here are the backgrounds we're using - If the majority is ground, then use ground, and so on.

Do you think it is too ambitious to get all the patches done that we decided on? Should we cut the lesser liked Pokemon? Or should we stick to our guns and get all of 'em done and extend the soft deadline to August?
