So, I've been lurking around the site for a while now and thought I'd post a couple of patterns that I made up the other night.

My bf's grandparents are avid hunters, so I figured that this would be good for them. Wound up being a bit too big for me to do at the moment.
His dad is a really big fisherman, so I found this one. Again it's too big.

I've played with the patterns a little more and got them to a more manageable size. The Bad Hunter comes to 48.62 cm x 48.62 cm on 28 ct evenweave fabric (a little over 19" x 19"). The Bad FIsherman comes to 39.37 cm x 36.4 cm on 18 ct aida ( a little over 15" x 14").

So I've started on the Bad Fisherman a few days ago after doing the adjustments to make the patterns more manageable I thought that I would share my progress with everyone as this is going to be a Christmas present for my BF's dad this year. I think it's coming out pretty good. What do you guys think?

So, I've been working on it some more and made a few changes to the pattern. After taking a better look at the wording and how KG Chart had done it, I went through and changed the colors to black. So ignore the first posted pattern and use this one.

Can you possibly make the bad hunter pattern into a pdf please?

Sure. Not a problem. This is quite big, so I would suggest using higher count of fabric so that it would come out at a more reasonable size.
