From what I can tell, it's ok. As I said they are a lot lighter / paler than the PCStitch preview. The violet colour you mentioned is also pretty light and has been picked up from part of the photo.

If you bear with me, I will get those colours together and photograph them, to give you an idea of what they look like!

EDIT: Here we are. Sorry for the picture size! My phone's cam isn't exactly the best, and the light's given them a weird tone (kinda stormy here right now), so they are looking darker than real life - but it's an idea of what you'd be using. The violet you were talking about is in the top row, number 153. It's more pink than it appears in this image (curse my ability to take rubbish pictures!)

I'd say that it would probably be fine, I'd be fairly happy using this set of colours for your image myself. However, I can still change some stuff if you need it! XD
