Sprite Stitch Board!

This is probably going to be the strangest request ever posted on the forum haha. I want to make the words "take your meds today, psycho?" (preferably in a cursive looking font - but it doesn't really matter) with a border made of pills (I'm thinking from Dr. Mario). A friend of mine saw it written somewhere online and thought it would be a nice cross stitch reminder to put next to her meds and I've been trying to make a pattern for quite a while, but I just can't get it to look good. Colour count doesn't matter, size-wise: as long as it will fit well in a frame (possible 5x7, but if it would fit better in 8x10 that's great too), 14 count cloth, and preferably in .sth format Any help would be much appreciated!
