Request for Pattern - DMC3

Hello, I'm new =)

I've been a gamer since I was four, and started cross-stitching since I was six. It's only recently that I've combined these two interests together, and Spritestitch.com was one of the reasons why! :p

I've no idea how to go about making my own patters - I tried the knitPro web application but they never seen to turn out good. So here I am...

I'm itching to start a new project, one that is big and ambitious, and I've chosen Devil May Cry 3 as my theme. It's an old game, but one I still break out to play every once in a while.

I got a folder full of DMC3 images, but no idea what makes a good image to become a pattern, so... can anyone give me some pointers? I got one in mind now, but I don't know if the image is big enough.

Looking forward to talk to some talented people here :)

If you post the image here, we can take a look for you and see what we can do. :D Are you bothered about what size your looking for? and do you have a preference for a size of aida you what to do this on?

Here's the one I'm thinking of:

I understand that for something this detailed to look good, I better be prepared to do a huge one... and I'm ok with that; I've done big projects involving cloth that drapes across my lap like a skirt. I like big xtitch projects, the sense of accomplishment at the end is simply

Wow, O.K. This was pretty quick for me to do!! I surprised myself!!
I've exported the image for you but if you want it in pat file for pc stitch just let me know and I'll pop that on here too.
I've exported 2 images, one in coloured blocks and icons and the other in virtual stitches (cause I thought it looked ace!!)
