Hello everyone

Thank you for this wonderful forum, whichI have been silently stalking for a while!

If possible, I would love for someone to make a pdf pattern of this image:

I think I would like the colours to be as bright as possible, using no more than 100 different hues? (but I am happy to be persuaded otherwise)

I really don't know much else about size/stitch count - I defer to your experience in this area, but am happy to provide more information if needed.
