'Watch More Anime' T-Shirt Saying

My boyfriend used to have this shirt

And he really loved it, but it got destroyed in the washer one day because it was too full, so we had to throw it away.
I was hoping that someone here would be able to me make a pattern of this saying for him.
I know the picture isn't... ideal, but it's the best I could find (and just for disclosure, that is NOT my boyfriend O.o). Just in case if you can't tell, it's a black background, with bold letters that say "WATCH MORE ANIME" with the flag of Japan filling the letters.
Size doesn't matter to me, something reasonable like 8x10, and just the basic red, white, and black for colors.

It's 204w x 132h (I'd do it on 22 count for a nice fit in an 8x10 frame)

And Starrley, I have no idea. I searched on Google 'Watch more anime shirt' and this came up. And that was the exact shirt that he used to have so....
I thought it would be better than nothing, lol
