Sprite Stitch Board!

If someone has time, I'd like the above image made into a pattern. The size around 5"x7" - or as close to that as possible. I'd also like, near the top, "Sever your leg," and then near the bottom "it's the greatest day!" as that's the quote from the episode. I can either cross stitch the quote or backstitch...if it's easier to leave it out, I definitely understand. I'm not picky about aida cloth size or how many colors it would take.
