I was making a pattern in PC Stitch Pro 9 but the face isn't looking right in one of the pictures. It is my first time using it. I sent a few private messages to a few people on here to help. The picture is a collection of pics of someone and I was doing the cross stitch as a gift. Someone I know named Annie gave me the pictures in one picture and the pics is her late husband who died last year. I am going to attach the pic and pattern. Thanks if anyone can help.

I was doing all the pictures as one whole pattern. The picture at the top is what I was doing as a whole pattern as you see it at top. I started the stitching and noticed the bottom left of cross stitch had a lot of brown. I think it was doing brown as the face. I didn't think it looked right. The part I stitched would be the bottom left picture on pic. I choose 30 colors and had the size for 10 width inces and 9 height inches. I was trying pc stitch pro 9 for first time. So any tips on it would be helpful.

I think the problem is that because there are a lot of pictures in a small area, a lot of the detail in the face has been lost. The only things I an think of at the moment to fix it would be to remake the pattern at a larger size or to omit some of the pictures so you can make the other pictures larger.

I tried to make it bigger. I was doing different sizes. I did it on 40 inches and it looked ok. I don't know if I could do it smaller and it be ok. This is the pattern bigger if someone wants to take a look at it and see what they think.
