Sprite Stitch Board!

I've seen similar stitches done of this, but I can't find a pattern anywhere.

Can someone PLEASE make a pattern of this for me?

This is the best I could do without losing detail.

It's quite big, on 14ct Aida it'll measure about 14.3x6.4"

I'd check the colours first as well before using them, I don't know how exact they are.
