Doctor who pattern request

I would love to have this picture done as a cross stitch pattern (that I'll eventually be putting on a shirt). The less colors the better (I want a simpler pattern that still has details). If the blue swirly things are making the pattern hard to make, then they aren't really that important if you would prefer to leave it out and the dark background color isn't needed. It also has to be around 5in by 5in maybe less ^.^
