Space Cat pattern request pls

Hi all
I was wondering if someone could do a pattern for Space Cat? I've tried a few free online pattern makers and I can't get a good picture.
I found the picture on google. It's an old kids book.

I'm open to amount of colours and size.

I improved the stars a bit in the pattern from this bmp. They kind of corroded when I reduced it in size and color depth.
