Re: JAN/FEB Challenge - Portraits!
Okay, finally finished my sleeping beauty, from Tombs & Treasure!
And here she is frame:
I loved how she came out, so glad I chose to do this one.

Re: JAN/FEB Challenge - Portraits!
Mine is coming along well so far, and I might try to take a better picture tomorrow during the daylight. Hubris: Assuming I can make it through a project without dumping one or more containers of beads on the floor. I managed to get them picked up and separated again though. Ms. Carmen Sandiego is being revealed slowly but surely.

I'm going to keep trying BMH. If I get to the point where I'm a few days out of the end of the month and it's no way jose` on him I do have a smaller piece that I should be able to finish in a day or two.

Here is my second entry. After I finished my Weedle, I thought I'd go ahead and do a Snorlax too.
He has blackwork behind him and the flower frame is blackwork too.

Snorlax was always my favorite but I'm not good at playing Pokemon so I usually wasted a master ball on him

I love it! I wanted to do a stitched frame around mine but doing it so small made it impossible.starrley wrote:He has blackwork behind him and the flower frame is blackwork too.

What does the pattern behind Snorlax look like? trying to see the awesomeness and I am failing!
I love the patterns everyone is using for there borders...so I'm curious and wondering if y'all are coming up with these on your own or if your googlfu is better than mine...
