Sprite Stitch Board!

1st WIP pic. I haven't had as much time as I'd like to work on mine but I have gotten it started, at least. I decided to change up my pattern because I always liked the red alien better than any of the others.

My second square is coming along nicely, should have it done mid-may, which should leave me time for a third square. This is what I am thinking, either viva pinata or tales of vesperia. Two of my favorite games for the 360.
I know i cant claim a third one until im done my second one, but just doing some planning to get me extra motivated to finish it.

Yeah, i think you are right...the more i look at the tales one, the less i like it. His hair should be a mid-dark purple, and i spent an hour playing with it and cant make it look nice. Maybe as a larger project, but not a 6" square.

If you're using KG Chart, the colors it shows are not always accurate! I noticed this when I was stitching my scribblenauts square. I had to make several alterations in colors before it was right. The colors of your picture may be dark, but be sure to actually check the colors it shows against the real thing. If it isn't a color you have, as so often I tend to run into, I check them against the images on one of the websites where I buy my materials.

I have at least 1 of every color in the dmc range, and i was looking through my purple-ish greys and nothing seemed right. Maybe ill look at it some more in a few days when i am less frustrated with it and have some natural light.

I absolutely love both squares. I am amazed at all of you that put so much detail into such a little square!

they are both cropped from the game cover art. Just a little massaging them into usable images in paint.net and a bit of tweaking in kg chart. I do change a lot as i go aswell.

Just checking in to let all know that I FINALLY finished my FFXIII Lightning patch, earlier tonight (almost 1 1/2 hours ago). I'll be posting a picture in the morning, when I can get a decent picture.
