I'm 2/3 done with the first gift, and will hopefully be piecing it together tomorrow. A little nervous since I have not made this type of... thing... before. But the instructions I have are pretty stellar, so I will bravely face my needle and thread and only the best will make it out alive!

After you see what it is, I'll probably be LOL-ed off the forums for me thinking it was tricky. Without being too descriptive, I'm a novice at putting together 3-D things. Have no fear swappie! I have other things to make if this turns out less than stellar

almost done with my last gift. won't be able to finish it until i can get to a craft store, which won't be until the 21st. the joann sales will be available by then, and i want to take full advantage of them. it sucks living in an area where there's nothing within a 20 minute radius .

I hear you! I grew up in an area where we had to drive 3 hours for the nearest Walmart (and forget anything nicer than Walmart). You stock up when you can that's for sure.
Made my patterns and bought all the supplies. Even started on most of my stuff. I am so excited to do this. School works done for the night so now its time to get stitching.
