There are only beige aida in my local store. I wonder if it is acceptable.
If not, I'll order white or off-white or cream on internet.
I understand the entire block should be filled.
As I actually just said above, white, off-white, or cream. Beige would be a color, so is probably not ok. It isn't just filling in the block, you will see some of the aida between the block and the fabric.

Also, this is your first post? Have you signed up on the spreadsheet yet? Have you made sure your stitching is a screen shot?
Thanks for reply. I just wanted to make sure.
Because I'm posting from non English speaking country and more likely to misread.
Some of beige and some of cream are quite similar for me.
Anyway, I'll use white or off-white or cream.

That was my first post, actually.
After selecting which game for stitching, I'll sign up on the spreadsheet.

Hello.
I would select a scene from this game.

This might be the first game I've ever played.

Well I have had this completed for over a month now and have yet to post a pic of it. I think it came out pretty nice, but some of the color choices could have been better (to me at least). I haven't started on my other 2 squares yet but they should be fairly quick to do once we have moved and are settle in our new apartment :)

Here's my progress shot! I've finished all of the black, now to fill in the colors. By count, I'm about 1/3 done. :nod

The flash makes it look kind of blotchy, but it should be fine, I swear.

If anyone has the time, will you please check out my plea for help about my Halo square? I would love some feedback about which image looks better so I can try to finish up making a pattern for it. With how much I've enjoyed working on the Dr. Mario one, I will probably be finished in the next couple weeks and be ready to start another square!

I plan on doing something from Portal (assuming I didn't miss that someone else is already doing it) and my idea was to make the entire square the Companion Cube...would that be acceptable or do I need to work that into a scene somehow?
