Wow, blackberrybear, your squares look great!

I have the first two mostly done - except for the white stitches and filling in the chickens. About halfway done with the SMB square. Should be all done with squares this weekend if I'm lucky!

The blue thread in my satin stitching looks funny - like it didn't get dyed all the way? I've never had that before with DMC perle cotton, has anyone else?

Everyone's squares look awesome so far! I have finished my 4 squares, and am debating on more or if I stop where I am and do borders now. Once I decide that, I will take a pic before I start on my borders. I know when I do borders for this one, I want to use the hearts we had back for the 2013 Stitch Along, and despite having saved them to my computer, I have lost them due to an error that happened when my hubby was reinstalling linux for me... For some reason it formatted my entire computer rather than just the part it was supposed to even though my hubby didn't tell it to do my entire computer... If anyone still has a copy of those hearts that they can post, or can point me to where I can find them (I did try looking into past threads in this forum, but didn't see them there), I would be greatful!

Here is the band I did for the 2013 SAL if anyone wants it - I'm using it again for this years.

Thank you, Katdun! I was wanting to stitch the Sprite Stitch logo, but the one I made was kind of huge. Yay!

I actually started stitching during the first week but haven't gotten back to it yet. Rarg! Anyway, here is what I have so far. Maybe I can get farther tomorrow. I just went with some white 18ct that I had in the stash.

Mine is gradually coming together. I have been focusing on the black as I need to finish a couple of WIPs (which are soo close to done) before I can nick the colours back from them

Here's my pikmin square. I still need to stitch the words in my border for pikmin. Then I need to stitch the Mario square, and I'm doing two other squares on this piece of aida as well, Pac-Man and Majora's Mask. My husband wants to stitch the Link's Awakening square, so we decided that we'd buy the same color of aida and frame that one on its own. I'll definitely continue to post our progress!
