...I just rescued my swap gift from my over-exuberant puppy... I think I may have to do it over... I have to go strangle my puppy now...

That does look like a fate worse than death! Although this puppy is a charmer, I can't really be angry anymore...
Someone else be angry...swap partner, when you get your gift, know that this creature ate the first thing I made for you and thoroughly enjoyed it as well!

I was able to start working on my project this weekend too. I am kind of figuring things out as I go along, but it has been fun so far. My husband has already puppy-dog-eyed-plaintively said to me that he would like something like what I am making, so I might end up making one for him too.

BTW, I really "think" the gifts exceed the limits given but rules exists to be broken

I have two thirds of my projects stitched. Now just have to do the last part and then make them look presentable. Hoping to get it in the mail by the 4th of October.

I've been finished for a while now. I'm just waiting till beginning of month to have the funds to mail it off. I'm seriously hoping I didn't mess up on color choices as I'm unfamiliar with subject matter and google resulted in several versions.
