To quote Po from Kung Fu Panda 2 : "You see that right there? That's awesomeness."
All these bands from everybody? That's awesomeness.
And all the creativity is amazing!

I second this, would be much more likely to get it done in two months.
I would definitely go for this! With as many as I keep seeing that I would absolutely love/have to do I wouldn't mind the extra time for it.
So many new ones that I want!

I'm not sure we need more time (for the stitching) as each band is pretty small and usually has a great deal of "white-space" (that is unless we go beyond 4 patterns).

That is why I suggested doubling the patterns to 8. There are just so many, it will be so hard to choose!!

I'm all for making it a two-month endeavor! There are some really great patterns that have come out of this and showcasing even more of them would be fantastic.

I kinda agree with kuja - I think we can keep it to one month's worth of stitching. I, for one, look forward to doing more bands, but I think I'll do them in my own time.

I think the 'official' sampler should just be the 4 bands + SS symbol and name/year, but I'd love to see those who want to do more. I don't think we need the extra time. Plus I like the challenges give me something to do that is simple, looks awesome, and doesn't take too long so that I lose my interest.

Not sure how much I like either of these, but considering it took only 10 minutes for each....
Anyway, I give you Fire Emblem Blazing Swords Sampler Patterns!

The side border for this is done using a Plaited Algerian Stitch that I found here
http://www.needlelace.com/stitch_9_2009.html and I only added it in to make it more "samplery." Anything could be put there instead if anybody wanted to change it.
