LittleRose stitches

Post by littlerose95 »

Hi everybody!

I've been following this blog for awhile, but now that I'm better at cross stitch and have some of my "own" stitches, I thought I'd share them with you! The majority of my other stitches are from here, so I won't really bother with posting them. (I'm going to apologize now if the pictures didn't come out very well.)

The first two are from my all time favorite game: Twilight Princess. I got the sprite from spriters resource, I believe, and just threw in KGchart.

After that I decided to tweak it a bit and add one of my favorite quotes from the game to it and got this, which is the first pattern I've ever made :D :

Switching over to Assassins Creed now, I have the motto in plain back stitch, but the logo is actually stitched in glow in the dark thread. Unfortunately though, my phones camera doesn't pick it up even though it does glow pretty bright!(Ignore the dog hair... )

Now on to my other favorite game: Skyrim! The first one is the Dark Brotherhoods' logo. I'm not crazy about how the cursive came out, but I'm unsure of how else to do it.

And here's a little back stitch from the bards song 'The Dragonborn Comes'

And that's it! My current WIP is also from Skyrim. It's about 90% done and I'm really liking how it looks, so I'll most likely post it as well once it is done. Thanks for viewing and I hope you like them!

All very nice work! BUT MOAR SKYRIM PLZ.

I love the DB piece and the Dragonborn Comes piece (I'm doing a Ragnar the Red in between other things, was planning on doing more of the songs too, so I'm happy to see someone else doing something similar!). So excited to see the next Skyrim thing too. :D

One little tip though: if you resize your pictures before uploading them, it will make it easier for us to look at em properly. You can do it in any picture editor (Paint, Photoshop, GIMP and others) :D

Thank you! And I agree, you can never have too much Skyrim! :D I was too actually! The bards songs are awesome!
And thanks for the tip, I was a little unsure of how to do so thanks for that as well. Hopefully that's better.

Thank you!
I finished my other Skyrim stitch: the Nightingales logo! I'm debating on adding either "Shadows Preserve Us" or "Walk with the Shadows" at the bottom, so we'll see. It took about a week to finish as is. Hope you like it and thanks for looking!

I love it!

I think you could leave it as it is, but if you definitely wanted to add words, then I'd go for "Shadows Preserve Us" :D
