

What makes this different compared to my usual projects is scale. Normally I do larger (generally 8x10+) projects, and usually use 14 count aida. In this case, I chose to use some spare 28 count black evenweave I had laying around. I had to go buy a magnifier lamp because working on 28 count cloth is a pain (especially black cloth, and even more so when using black floss). To give a sense of scale, the frame it's in is 5x7, matted down to 3x5. There's still nearly 3000 stitches in there!
Now that I have the aida I ordered, I'm not sure whether I want to work on my original project or stitch up a couple more espers on the evenweave. Too many ideas, so little time...
