Do the cases come ready to stitch or do you have to cobble them together somehow first?

The cases come ready to be stitched on. They even come with a needle and 3 colors of thread. I have had so much fun making these cases, and I have plans for about 6 more, it's crazy.

Can you point me to where you buy the cases? Pretty please?

There are several places online that you can get these cases from. Keep in mind, though, that there are 2 kinds. Personally, I don't like the silicone cases as much, though.
