Sprite Stitch Board!

I stitched onto black aida and then sewed the squares onto the strap. It was really easy to get the needle through the strap but I don't know how well you could cross stitch onto it as it has an overlap pattern to the material (kind if like bricks if you get what I mean) rather than a grid like aida.
