My first stitching project, completed: Red Mage

It only took me a few hours. I'm sure I could have done it faster, but I'm new to this whole thing. Only four colors used. When I first started cross-stitching, I was using knots, but I've since switched to a more... practical and aesthetically-pleasing form, on the advice of users from this very same website. Just have to figure out what to do with it now...

Oh, and if anyone's interested, here's the back now: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/69 ... idney.jpg/

This is what it looked like before: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/69 ... orths.jpg/

So, thanks to everyone who helped me come this far. :3

Much cleaner backside!!

With my sprites like this, I either attach to rectangle of felt for a bookmark, or glue a magnet on the back and stick it on the fridge!

Well, the stitch turned out well, but then I promptly ruined it by trying to turn it into something else. What I tried to do, I couldn't tell you. Next time, I will just frame it.

Aww what a shame it got ruined. I'm so sorry. I would be heartbroken if my project were to get ruined.

It only got ruined because I messed around with it after it was done. I've learned my lesson.
