Chocobo Necklace

Post by Mistress Zero »

This little guy came from the Final Chocobo pattern I found on Sprite Stitch. It was just an experiment to see if I could do it mostly but my sister in law LOVES it. So naturally she will be getting it for Xmas now. I was happy with how it turned out except I couldn't stuff the other piece of glass into the pendant. I ended up stuffing the back with a bit more aida and covered it with this textured chocobo yellow fabric I had.

I just bought a pendant very similar to this in metal type but it's square and it has glass on both sides also i'm hoping once I finish whats supposed to go in it that it will still fit.

I bought several of those smaller square ones and that's what I used for my Creeper pendant. Alas, I could not stuff the 2nd piece of glass in there. For the moment, I'm using a sort of bright green fabric square on the back side of my pendant.
