Those came out great, I don't know if its just me, but your X's look perfect! How many threads did you use and what size canvas?

Thanks

it's on 14ct canvas (the smallest size i can find here). Used all six threads, but split them up beforehand.

Looks great! I'm glad the pattern turned out so well. Maybe I can tempt you with a Kairi pattern next?

Aaaa, I love KH! And you must be a natural railroader, look how neat those stitches are~
I'm also convinced plastic canvas must be the greatest thing ever created and have a new life goal of finding some.

splitting the threads beforehand is the key, and a flattering photo helps too
Plastic Canvas is pretty awesome, I just wish I could find bigger sheets of it, and maybe smaller count size

So are railroading and splitting the threads the same thing? I'm very curious, I read about railroading and it just sounds like so much work! Maybe I'll try it for a small project sometime

Railroading is just another term for a style of stitch (that's like the style of mosaic stitching). splitting the threads beforehand is just a method I use achieve that flat look, so it better covers. It really is easy! (if you check the Sora mosaic stitch on my deviantart page, you'll see a small silver patch of stitches near the watermark - that was the only practice I did before starting!)
All, lol look what comes up in a 'mosaic stitch' image search on google!-
