Starting a new Project is always scary. You have this giant piece of Aida staring at you, all rolled up, stiff, and clean. You think were do i start, how do i measure this out correctly, 'OMG I hope I don't screw up!!'

But once you get started you become more and more excited. 'Wow this is going to great' , 'I can't wait to get started' I try to remember this moment, cause we all know soon you will begin to think, "why did I start this in the first place, its so huge.' And some times you get so frustrated that all you want to do, is put it down, and never look at it again.

This is the photo of Link and Zelda, from Twilight Princess. I Originally wanted to do a Ocarina of time Stitch, However there wasn't any photos that i liked enough. I find that Zelda:TP is darker in its imagery. And I like that.
Stitch Count: 402w x 321h
Finished size: 24' x 19' (61cm x 48cm)
57 Colours

This is what i have done so far, I did put it aside while i was doing my present for my bf for v-day, and last night i decided that maybe i should grid it. Still need to finish that.
if you like more of a day to day up date you can fallow my blog @ http://gamestitches.blogspot.com/ or @ http://dreamwarrior.livejournal.com/

Would you mind sharing the pattern for the twlight princess. I did a link head to toe that was big and took me awhile. I know how big projects take awile. You have to constantly work on it to get it done. It would be good to see the finished project.

Here is the link head to toe I did. It is on here somewhere but I put a picture on here so you don't have to hunt. It took me months to do it. I had to restart it because the material wasn't big enough. I was making it for a birthday present for my boyfriend. I hard somewhat of a hard time getting it done. He came over to the house and I would have to hide it quick like. I was trying to stay home sometimes to get it done. He plays zelda games alot.

This is absolutely amazing! If you don't mind me asking, how big is it going to be when all is said and done?

I love how you can't really see the "x" of the cross stitch.

What count of aida and how many strands of floss are you using?

Looks AMAZING! Thinking of an EPIC pattern makes me get nervous and sweaty

18 ct and 2 strands. I always like to have tight stitches.
