Nice to see Luigi and Daisy gettin' some stitchin' love!

Awesome sauce!

(Now if only I could finish my 70x70 cross stitch gift for a friend to get on to my spriting!)

I got around the whole hoop vs q-frame issue I was having and bought a scroll frame today! AND I assembled it myself! :yahoo: As soon as I bought it and got in the car, I immediately pulled it out of the bag and started tinkering with it until I figured it out. Hence, this picture takes place in my (messy) car.

They only had frames with a 6"x12" workspace and a 9"x18" workspace. Since my fabric is 15"x18", I went with the larger frame. I'll probably work on multiple projects at one and keep the entire length of the fabric in the frame until I've used up the available space, and then cut everything out after.

I can't wait to get started on my Donkey Kong square with this tonight!

I have that exact scroll frame it is pretty useful I have noticed if I stitch to much of a block on one side and nothing on the other it pulls funny but I think that is kind of universal since the fabric stretches more where you are stitching ^_^; I still need to get a lap stand for it so I won't have to fiddle so much with it.

I have the exact same scroll frame, I recognize the instruction pamphlet tucked underneath! I'm using it to make one of the Mario maps currently. I prefer the frame when I'm traveling because I've had hoops break in my bag before.
