Rampage continues!

Post by annieant »

This was one of my favorite games when I was a kid: Rampage for the Sega Master System.
It's actually my first cross stitch ever :) It took 2-3 months of working a little every evening.
I was so excited when it was finally finished that I had to start the character selection screen as well! I'll post some pictures soon.

Awesome! I loved rampage and this cross stitch is awesome, looks really tidy too for a first project. Great job!

I do not know the game, but the work is super. Great first stitching. Keep us posted on your next works.

It was originally from the arcade and this game was awesome. You choose one of 3 monsters (Lizard, Kong, and Wolf) and rampage down the buildings (climb on the building and punch repeatedly to crumble the building down) on the stage and fight off the army. Really fun game!

Wow that stitching is huge  Great job! I don't know the game but it sounds like a lot of fun.

Thank you for your comments!
I'm actually about halfway done with my next rampage screen.
The problem is, I'm using a black canvas but I don't think it looks black enough for the background. So I think I'll stitch the background as well... :banghead:
I'll post pictures soon of the "there-is-so-much-black" project.

I LOVED Rampage as a child! There was something so different about being the "bad guy" and destroying stuff!

Great job! Can't wait to see the character screen!

So here's the Rampage character select screen. That's when I found out it would look better with a black background. I have started, but I have to say that it's not progressing quickly cause there's just so.much.black.
I'll post pics when I'm a little further (so it keeps me motivated  )
