Pacman bib - my first xstitch!

Post by catdog »

So, after stumbling onto this site the other day I got all excited at another reason to put off doing the work I should be doing...instead I made this for my friend's new baby last night, using johloh's pattern (thanks! :D). Pretty happy with how it turned out (apart from the square cherry - didn't notice til the end and couldn't bring myself to unpick everything :-/). Very keen to make more, and stoked to have found such a great site with such talented and creative people!

great work!

just so you know...you can cut out that one stitch, then pull out both sides of the thread back another stitch or two and re hide them into your stitches in the same way you end a thread. then you only have to go back and restart another thread and do like 3 stitches you pulled..

i hope that makes sense.
