Hello everyone! This is sort of an introduction post, as its my first time posting any projects.
The first one is the Mario Bros 3 World 1 map, that I tried just to see if I could start something on a larger scale and actually finish it. (It took me about 4 months)
This one I started in May and just finished this week. Its approx 200 x 300 stitches, and the biggest thing I've ever stitched. It took me so long that I HAD to show it off now that its done.

I actually didnt use a proper pattern, or I'd be more than happy to share it. I just imported the original picture into KG-Chart and used that to mark out where all the main shapes were, and beyond that I just sketched the rest out right onto the aida, and picked the colours that I thought would look best as i went.
