sure thing!

first of: stitch on plastic canvas
here a fish from... super mario world, i think

cut round the edges.
bomb man! i don't like the purple/pink colour. too bright. but i had no other.

now. we all know what the backside of a cross stitch look like. not as beautiful as the front. hopefully.
solution? cut another piece of the plastic canvas in the same shape and size
ya ya, i know you see i've already started sewing the pieces together, but please ignore that. it's because bomb man is not going to have a pin of his back but a magnet. so i'm just gonna glue a magnet on.

attach a pin on the non-stitched plastic canvas

sew the pieces together

and then you're done!

Thank you will have to try that. I got a ton of new ideas from seeing your work.

Nice to see we're at least a few "Swedes" in here

So I'm really inspired to do something with plastic canvas but my local craft shop doesn't carry it. Where do you get your's from?

Thanks. I've bought some kits from them a few years ago but haven't been to their page for some time. Will look through what else they might have :)
