I am finally able to put an update on here. I've been doing an hour here and there but nothing substantial and I just had my wife take a picture so I could post.

I am going to try and start this in the next few weeks. I will just have to work on this and a project for my daughter at the same time. I will post a pic when I get it started.

thanks, but remember, i still have to go back and add color as well as all the sand/tan color. it looks good now, but i'm dreading the day when i actually have to fill in the sand/tan areas.

Thats true... I'm forcing myself to do bits of de sand in between the lines, so I won't have to do it all in the end.

Hi! I'm new too. I'm actually working on this map on plastic canvas so my nephew can use it as a game board of sorts.

Here's what I have done:

Wow, Kjandy, that's really cool! I love the way it showes on the plastic canvas... I should try and find some of that stuff, just to try.

I'll update tomorrow, I've had a lot of time to stitch the past couple of days so nice progress... but my phone is still in repair, so I need my husbands phone to make a picture...

great work Kjandy! i think it will turn out really nice for you if you keep going the way you started. please keep us posted with your progress!
