Some of My Projects

Hi Everyone

I haven't done much in a while, but just thought I might give an update on some of the projects I've been working on.
I've recently just completed the Hyrule Crest from Zelda

I've also done another small stitch, Tolkien's 'logo' I guess you would call it. I know it's not really a video game thing (well, there are The Lord of the Rings games I guess) but I thought I might put it up anyway cause I like it so much

A couple of other things...

I've designed an iPod cover for my nano, a Mario and Zelda side.
I started the Mario side (but you can see that I haven't finished the Goomba). I've stopped stitching it because I really don't like the colours of the Mushroom and Mario. I'm gonna start again and get nicer colours, lol, I'm such a perfectionist...

And LASTLY, I made this design at the beginning of the year but I haven't started yet. I still need to buy the colours (I'll need HEAPS of red and black).

I know the photo's backwards, lol (I'm using Photo Booth on my Mac and I'm not sure how to flip it on here, but hopefully you can still make out the design)

I'm really looking forward to it, but I'm so busy with University at the moment that I'm finding it hard to leave time for it. I think the design was from the Link's Awakening title screen (took ages to draw because I was using Paint and counting all the squares). I'm planning on making a shoulder bag and sewing this onto it when I finish, and also maybe the Hyrule Crest and a couple of other things. I'm not sure if I'll ever get to it though...seeing as I don't have that much time at the moment...one day maybe...

Anyways, just wanted to show you guys some of my stuff. I'm always left in awe at some of the things other people make, the time and effort they put into it, especially those title screens and maps from Zelda (my title screen isn't even a full one like their's). So many creative people on here too!

Very nice job! I love the idea of the ipod cover.

Also, for the Photo Booth, go to Edit->Auto Flip New Photos (or something along that line) and that should flip your pictures automatically after taking them.
