Hi everybody,
I've been working a lot lately and I've only been able to make small stitch projects. However, I managed to make this for myself. I can't believe I made something that is NOT a gift for somebody else!
I found the sprites here:

That is so cute!
How do you wash something like that when it's been cross stitched on? What do you do to make sure the cross stitch part stays together?

Well, I knotted the back (you can't see it anyway) so it should stay in place. As for washing the towel, I do it in the washing machine on a warm cycle and I've never had a problem -- they don't shrink, colors don't fade, they're basically safe to wash.

That's a great towel! I would almost be afraid to dry my hands on it
I actually have a towel lying around with a band of aida in it, and I didn't know what to stitch on it. After seeing this I'm pretty sure it's going to be Harvest Moon

You'll have to be extra careful and make the back of the stitching look pretty. That's why I prefer to buy Aida ribbon, stitch on it and then sew it on a good quality, thick towel. That way I can mess with the back as much as I want, because nobody will see it!

Woo, go harvest moon! That is a great towel! But I agree, I would be afraid to use it for anything XD.
I've been thinking about my own projects, since I've been burning through Hero of Leaf Valley... Yum yum, harvest moon!

Thanks for the tip

I'll try to be extra careful, and hope for the best.
