What is funny is I was going to do that Mario through the ages, but then I lost all my thread and had to start over, so I decided to do this one. I like it because it is bigger and has ALOT more colours. I was able to buy back most of my floss collection by doing this piece. I think I'm going to attempt the pokemon one next for sure. What with gold, silver, white and black on the way :) you are doing great as well!! keep up the good work!

I'm working on this one too....

I always start in the middle though so I've done from one question mark block through the other. I see by browsing through these threads that I'm an oddball, everyone else seems to start in the corners. Oh well, only about 20K more stitches to go! Yours looks awesome, I'm completely jealous of your progress. :)

Don't feel so left out, I was taught to start in the center mark and everything I do is from the middle out. So far as I know that was a traditional way to start a project.

I usually start my projects from the middle too, I just thought for some strange reason that I would do it this way for once...I kinda wish I started in the center now... :P
