FFXV Sprite Bros

Postby blackmageheart » Mon Jan 16, 2017 2:52 pm

Hello all! I've spent WAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too much time on FFXV since it came out and for those who don't know, there are old-style sprites of the four dudes in the gear menus. I looked everywhere for patterns, but found none...so being the excellent FF fan I am, I made my own! (There was a lot of squinting and stuff going on for some time!)
Here's the fellas all stitched:

Apologies for the lighting, my bedroom/office/craftroom isn't the best! I was going to put them in some nice mini ornate frames I have, but I only have 3 and the store doesn't have any in stock now so blehhhh. Suggestions would be welcome! :D
Will have some more FFXV stuff in a couple of days so if you're a fan watch this space!

They look great!!! Good luck on the framing front!

Ha, I like that they threw in this nod to the earlier games. These look cool!

Me too! I think they may end up being used for FF Record Keeper, as the sprites for that are very much this old style. :D

Ok, I've heard about this game a couple different places, but I'm usually not one for phone games. I think this is the straw that breaks the camel's back though. I'm going to have to check it out!

Suggestions for framing etc? Give the Ignis one to me. Then you'll have enough frames! :P
They're seriously cool though. :D
Working on:
Retro X & Y! - lost the pattern and fabric, but it's resurfaced :D ...and i've lost it again lol
Attempting Diamond Painting
Making like three crochet blankets at once #nolife
