Oooh, those colors are wonderful. It looks so beautiful. And difficult!

What did you use to make those guidelines on the canvas? I can't tell if they're drawn on or sewn on.

The guidelines are just #2 pencil. They may show through a bit when the piece is finished, but that's a small price to pay for the added ease and my retained sanity.

Going fast now, or at least it seems that way since I've finally finished gridding to one side of the pattern, and I'm mostly filling in the large blocks of the same color. The long part, I know, is the fiddly bits with one or two stitches of a color here or there.

Can I ask how bit it'll be when you're done and what count canvas you're using? I was thinking of starting this later on in the year, but I'm not sure how much canvas to get.
