WIP - Zelda: Phantom Hourglass artwork

So long time since I last posted here....
I have started my big project 2 days ago. The project will be 500 x 471 stitches 28ct (17.86" x 16.82")
Guess what artwork does it comes from? I already give you eyeful to start:

I thought it was poliwag's eye but he's blue (I thought he was purple?) and it looks like yellow stitching next to the eye. Am I close?
Edit- polywag is a Pokemon in case anyone was wondering

Well if it's Link, and it's not Wind Waker, the only other games to use the cel shading were Minish Cap, Spirit Tracks, and Phantom Hourglass
